Process to Finishing the Fiesta Rug

Hope you have had a great day. Yesterday we showed you the weaving process. This continues until the Fiesta Rug is finished and then it is taken off the loom. The next step is tying the rug. We take 6 to 8 strands and tie a knot and continue with this until both ends of the rug are finished.
After we have finished both ends, the ends are then trimmed to approximately 2" in length. We set the knots and fringe by steaming the yarn. This process keeps the fringe from fraying and the polyester warp provides a durable rug.
