Hand Woven Rugs

When looking for something to add to your décor, consider a hand woven rug from In-Weave. They are unique and can offer you those special colors you are looking for. If you check out some of our earlier blogs, you will find some of the different rugs that we make here at In-Weave. They are hand woven right here in Hawarden, Iowa.
The process begins with sorting through bags and bags of upholstery selvedge to find those special colors that you are wanting. It is then set up in a run and then it is ready to be woven. After the rug is woven, the fringe is then tied, trimmed and steamed. And to top all of this, our rugs are machine washable. We recommend to line dry them rather than put in the dryer. The reason for this is that they are woven tightly and it takes a while in the dryer. Of course, after you line dry your rug, then put it in the dryer to fluff.
